Hosting giant 1&1 is running a Special Offer on their most popular hosting plans. The rest of December you can save $30 – $50 on their Home Package and Developer Package.
On the 1&1 Home Package you currently get a $30 discount if you sign up for 12 months, and since the package is just $4.99 per month it equals more than 6 months free. You still have to pay a $9.99 setup fee though. 
The 1&1 Developer Plan is currently discounted $50, which is more than 2 months free. You end up paying less than $200 the first year. Considering the plan includes a $200 Microsoft adCenter voucher, $100 Google AdWords voucher and a $75 Yahoo! Search Marketing voucher it might be a really great offer, if you are planning to do PPC advertising.
Both offers require a minimum contract term of 12 months, and the offers are valid for the rest of December.
